In my quest to deliver even better quality Pilates videos I have been working on Chroma-Key technology. This involves filming Carol with a solid colour in the background. With some technical magic it’s then possible to remove the background and place her inside another video clip.
That’s how in our Beginners Pilates Workouts videos I’m able to incorporate her in the Power Point presentation.
Well that’s the theory. See what happens when you don’t place the screen properly and I leak into the video by mistake.
