Pilates Workout Helps Cindy Crawford Look Great

Cindy now 43 attributes the fact she’s aged so well to amongst other things doing regular Pilates exercise.

I don’t understand why people are so surprised. It should be fairly obvious that doing any exercise regulary combined with sesible eating habits is going to give you great results.

If your exercise routine includes Pilates, Cardio and strength training then your results won’t be great they’ll be fantastic! I’ve been trying to persuade my clients for years that there isn’t a magic bullet for losing fat and trimming inches off your tummy.

Just get off the coach and start moving! Take Pilates classes to help establish a firm foundation and then build in cardio (treadmill, exercise bike, cross trainer..)  add some strength training to build muscle and watch that weight fall right off.

Looking great isn’t just for celebrities (although it’s easier for them – they have more free time and can afford Personal Trainers) it’s for us regular folk as well.
