Pilates, Cindy Crawford And 43!

Cindy Crawford has reached 43! Now from my point of view that’s young but this Mother of two could easily pass for someone half her age.

She attributes her incredible figure to regular exercise including Pilates. So can we assume that she looks this good because of Pilates? I doubt it, Pilates is fantastic but for most people at  beginner level the cardio and strength training component is to small on it’s own to give you these types of results.

Now combine Pilates, cardio and strength training and you’ve got a winning formula particularly if you apply Pilates principles to these other exercise disciplines. No more just throwing your arms and legs around and hoping you won’t injure yourself!

You’ll be able to exercise smarter, safer and be more effective. Your exercise sessions will be more fun and you’ll progress a lot faster.

Don’t believe me? Then take some Beginner Pilates Classes from a qualified instructor and see for yourself. If you stick with it and you don’t see better results I’ll eat my shoes :)
